Pricing options for Hosts

Choose the model that best aligns with where your business is today. You can switch options as your business grows.

Option 1: The Growth Membership (€29/month)

The smartest choice for active hosts who want to scale their business and keep 100% of their hard-earned money.

What’s included:
- Your experiences are listed and discoverable on our platform.
- Full booking and customer management dashboard.
- Secure online payment handling.
- Unlimited bookings with 0% platform commission (you keep 100% of your revenue, minus standard Stripe processing fees).
- Priority matching for corporate and private event inquiries.
Best for: Hosts with high number of monthly bookings.

Example: If you book 15 guests at €40 each, you make €600. Under this model, your platform cost is capped at just €29, saving you a massive amount of profit!

Option 2: Pay-As-You-Grow (15% Commission)

Perfect for beginners, hobbyists, or those testing a brand-new workshop concept with zero upfront financial risk.

Frequently Asked Questions

How and when do I get paid?

To keep your bookkeeping clean and simple, we process and consolidate all payouts on a monthly cycle. On the 10th day of every month, you will receive a single bank transfer covering all completed bookings from the previous calendar month.

Can I change my pricing option later?

Absolutely. If you start on the Commission model and realize your sessions are filling up fast, you can switch to the €29/month plan at any time to keep more of your profits. Just email us.

How much control do I have over my workshop?

You have 100% control. You decide your schedule, your ticket price, your venue, and your minimum/maximum participant count. We are simply the bridge that connects you with your guests.

What happens if I don't reach my minimum participant count?

If your workshop requires a minimum number of participants and you don't reach it, you may cancel or reschedule the session.
As per our Terms & Conditions, you must notify your registered Guests promptly and offer them the choice of either a full (100%) refund or the option to reschedule. Once they choose, our platform will facilitate the cancellation or transfer smoothly with no penalties to you.

What do I need to apply to become a host?

To get started, simply download and fill out our Onboarding form (to come ). Once completed, email it along with at least 5 high-quality photos of your workshop to pragueconnectwomen@outlook.com. We will review your application and get back to you within 3 business days.
