About Prague Connect Women
Prague Connect Women (pragueconnectwomen.com) is an online platform connecting workshop hosts and experience providers with locals and visitors in Prague. The platform is operated by Claude Bigot, based in Prague, Czech Republic.

Who these terms apply to
These terms apply to two types of users: Hosts (women who list their workshops, classes or sessions on the platform) and Guests (anyone who browses or books through the platform). By using the site, you agree to these terms.
Host listings
Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of all information on their listing, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and photos.
Prague Connect Women reserves the right to edit listings for clarity or remove them if they contain misleading or inappropriate content. Nothing is published without the host's prior approval.
Bookings
Bookings made through the platform are agreements between the Guest and the Host.
Prague Connect Women facilitates the transaction but is not a party to it. Hosts are solely responsible for delivering their sessions as described.
Payments
All payments for bookings are securely processed through our integrated third-party payment gateway at the time of booking.
Prague Connect Women collects the funds from Guests on behalf of the Host before payment confirmation.
Listed prices are transparently displayed to Guests prior to finalizing the booking.
Cancellations, Minimum Participants, and Refunds
Because Hosts must secure venue bookings, buy supplies, and organize schedules well in advance, a time-based cancellation policy applies.
Guest refunds are calculated based on the scheduled start time of the session as follows:
● Booking Transfers: Bookings are individual, but we understand plans change. A Guest may transfer their booked spot to another person free of charge, provided they notify the Host via email or the platform at least 24 hours before the scheduled workshop start time.
● Host Cancellations & Minimum Numbers: Some group classes require a minimum number of participants to run.
If a Host must cancel a session—either due to failure to reach minimum attendance or unforeseen emergencies—they are responsible for notifying Guests promptly.
In these instances, the Guest will be issued a full (100%) refund or offered an alternative date to reschedule.
● Platform Liability: Prague Connect Women facilitates these cancellations and refund transactions, but is not legally or financially liable for cancellations made by hosts, or for any secondary personal expenses (such as non-refundable travel or accommodation) incurred by the guest.
Our responsibility
Prague Connect Women is a marketplace platform. We do not deliver the workshops ourselves and cannot guarantee the quality, safety, or outcome of any session booked through the site.
We are not liable for any loss, injury, or dissatisfaction arising from a booking.
We do our best to list only quality hosts, but we encourage guests to read descriptions carefully before booking.
Intellectual property
All photos, text, and content submitted by hosts remain the property of the host.
By submitting content to the platform, hosts grant Prague Connect Women a non-exclusive licence to display that content on the website for the purpose of their listing.
Disputes
In the event of a dispute between a Guest and a Host, we encourage both parties to resolve it directly.

As required by EU law, we also point you to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Hosts will be notified of any significant changes.
Continued use of the platform after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
