Hi, I'm Betty. I'm passionate about creating spaces where people can slow down, take a deep breath, and reconnect with themselves.

Through Reiki, sound healing, and ceremonial cacao, I hope to offer a moment of calm in our often busy and demanding lives.

My own journey started several years ago when I was looking for healthier ways to deal with stress and find more balance. At that time, I was working in the corporate world, but I felt there had to be another way to care for both my body and mind.

That search eventually took me to Asia, where I spent several months learning Reiki, sound healing, meditation, and cacao facilitation while practicing alongside experienced teachers.

Since then, my learning hasn't stopped. I continue to study, attend trainings, and deepen both my knowledge and my personal practice because I believe we never stop growing.

Everything I share comes from my own experience first. These practices have supported me through different stages of life, and it brings me so much joy to now share them with others.

Outside of my work, I love cooking, it's one of my favourite ways to relax and express creativity. I spend a lot of my free time at my family cottage in the countryside, where I enjoy nature, long walks in the forest, and evenings by the fire. I also love singing, and music has been part of my life for as long as I can remember.

Whether you're completely new to these practices or already familiar with them, you'll always be welcome. I look forward to meeting you.
