About Rita
Hi! I'm a chef, baker, and cooking instructor with over eight years of experience teaching Asian and French cuisine.
Growing up in a family of chefs inspired my lifelong passion for cooking and sharing delicious food with others.
In 2018, I founded a French macaron bakery in Boston, where we specialize in unique flavors like Vietnamese Iced coffee, Thai Iced Tea & Chocolate Crème Brûlée.
I love helping students build confidence in the kitchen while making cooking fun, approachable, and enjoyable for everyone.
