A Creative Experience for Mums & Kids

WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

This workshop offers something for both children and mothers. Children take part in their own creative drama session, where they explore imagination, storytelling, movement and theatre games in a playful and supportive environment. At the same time, mothers join a separate acting workshop designed especially for adults. Using movement, breathing, voice work, improvisation and creative exercises inspired by psychosomatic theatre and authorial acting. You'll rediscover the pleasure of playing, creating and expressing yourself. The focus is not on performance or perfection. Instead, we explore the actor's tools “body, voice, imagination and attention” and discover how creativity can become part of everyday life. For two hours, you have the opportunity to step away from daily responsibilities, meet other women and reconnect with your own creativity while your child enjoys their own theatrical adventure. No previous acting experience is required. Both workshops are beginner-friendly and led in a warm, encouraging atmosphere.
