WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

I spent years as a private chef in Los Angeles, then moved to Mumbai, where I trained as an Ayurvedic instructor and cooked alongside Bollywood actors - helping them understand how to eat for their body, not just their diet plan. This workshop brings that training into a working kitchen. We start with a dosha assessment - a short quiz and conversation to identify your unique mind-body type. From there, everything we cook is built around you: the spices, the ingredients, the techniques that support your specific constitution. You'll learn to make a healing dal with an Ayurvedic tadka, sabzi (spiced vegetables), and guilt-free plant-based desserts - all customized for your body type. The food we make together is yours - calibrated to how your body actually works, not a one-size-fits-all recipe. Kept to three people at a time, so there's real attention on your questions, your pace, and your plate. What to bring: Nothing - everything is provided. Dress code: Comfortable clothes, avoid white.
