WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

Have you ever experienced chocolate in a completely different way? This evening combines ceremonial cacao, gentle meditation, live music, and singing in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You don't have to sing if you don't want to, many people simply enjoy listening, relaxing, and soaking in the experience. Ceremonial cacao is made from pure cacao beans and has been enjoyed for centuries in Central America. Rich in antioxidants and natural compounds, it can gently lift your mood, increase focus, and help you feel more present. Unlike coffee, its effect is usually softer and more grounding. Throughout the evening, we'll slow down together, enjoy a cup of cacao, and let live music create space to relax and reconnect with ourselves. No previous experience is needed, and there's nothing you need to achieve or perform. Whether you're curious about ceremonial cacao or simply looking for a different way to spend your evening, you're very welcome to join.
